Use to bake once a while before I had Jonathan. Now&#8230;a bit lazy. One fine weekend,\u00a0 I suddenly recalled promosing MC to share my soybean milk jelly with her. So, here it is&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/bondedtogether.net\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/P1020393.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-932    aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/bondedtogether.net\/journal\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/07\/P1020393.JPG\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Recipe<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1 packet of Red Swallow brand agar-agar strips or powder (I prefer powder as it dissolve easily)<\/p>\n<p>1 can of evaporated creamer<\/p>\n<p>4 cups of soybean milk (preferably without or with less sugar)<\/p>\n<p>12 &#8211; 14\u00a0cups of water (depending on the texture that you like)<\/p>\n<p>3 cups of sugar (reduce according to your taste)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Method<\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Boil jelly powder till dissolve.<\/p>\n<p>2. Add sugar and evaporated creamer and let it boil again.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0Lastly add soybean milk.<\/p>\n<p>4. Pour mixture into cups.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 When the jelly has set, top it with canned longan, lychee, peach, nata de coco\u00a0or mix tropical fruit. Don&#8217;t discard the syrup but\u00a0add some on each cup.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>6. Serve chilled.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I tried once with rose flavoured soya bean milk. Not too bad.
