Yup, it’s a free ride as what the title says. Aunty-Next-Door’s time-share points expiring so she offered us to tag along with them for a 2D1N trip to Cameron Highlands. Aren’t we so blessed to have Aunty-Next-Door living next door to us? Sometimes you get free food, free babysitting service, free toys, free “maid” services….so many freebies! 😛
It was a first trip for Jonathan to a high-land. I’m not going to be long winded here as most of you had been there and nothing new to you guys. So just let the pictures says it all. And more pics here…
One thing I must share here….
There is this small farm which allows you to pluck your own veges. Darling and I discovered this during one of our pak-toring holiday those years. Sis have been reminding us so many many times that this trip round, nothing is more important than to be a “one-day-farmer”.
More pics here…
Daddy has the same tee with Jonathan! Cute!
wah..jonathan sow so many carrots :p
love that huge bunch of carrots! it must taste so sweet and fresh!
Oh…what a lovely holiday! Wasnt the play at the waterfall too cold for Jonathan?
THe one day farmer sounds interesting. THe farmer must be having a time of his life too! Works out well both ways doesn’t it! 🙂
Oh….and nothing like fresh produce into the mouth!!!
Aiyo, I’ve never been there b4 la!
Must make sure I go there!!
When is the best time(month) to go CH?
I didn’t know about the “pluck your own vege” farm. Must be nice eat a fresh carrot like that!
nice pics! love the last pic of jonathan. i als wanna go CH again
ohhh…love the photos of jonathan handing the carrots to daddy hahaha…
oh my, has he grow!
been awhile since i went there!
The water surely was very cold but he loves it still. Since he can take it so I just let him.
I would say April to June coz it’s the best season to enjoy strawberry. Avoid rainy season else you can’t get to walk around the farms and tea plantation.
Not all farms allow you to pluck your own vege. This is the only one I know so far.
Love the family pictures so much 😀
Jonathan really likes the carrot! hehe~~~~
Lovely photos!~ Nice vacation!~
wah…Jonathan so clever, can eat raw carrot!!
Was Jonathan ok with the long winded roads? Or you took the new road from Simpang Pulai?
Ai yo, I have missed the great fun to be a “one-day-farmer”. We have tried to locate the place, but we failed.
Hello,
I m JenNee. Planning a trip to CH soon.
Came across your blog. May I know where is this veg farm that allow us to pick the veg?
thanks.
Hello,
Would appreciate you can share on the location of veg farm that allows to pick the veg?
Hi GP, sorry for late reply.
The place is at the back of Kea Farm.
Drive or walk all the way to the back, you could see a humble vegetable patch run by two seniors.
