Money or Opportunity

I am getting frustrated with my work and working in such a company, dealing with such annoying people.  I will just deal with as much as my plate can hold. Most of my colleagues are facing the same. When it comes to this stage, you know how serious is the health of the department. This is everywhere, I know but enough for me after 5 years here.

Something just pissed me off this morning and I’m feeling like throwing darts at them.

And that makes me ponder…

“Should I wait for my bonus in November and forgo the opportunity that comes? So what if I wait for my bonus but the consequence is having to suffer still in this miserable place?”

I think you can start looking… anyway it takes a few months before you can get a new job.

As for the bonus, sometimes money cannot buy our health and sanity. If so unhappy and stress, will be no use even if we buy birds nest and ginseng with the money.

yeah it takes time to switch to a new job…perhaps you can really consider searching first…

if the stress is causing you more damage to your health than it supposed to be, call it quits then immediately!

Reckon if its too much, quit. But of course that depends on your financial state. Depending on your expertise and if it is easy relatively to get a job, then just take some time off and rest a bit.

hhhmm…. i would say, hold it till you got your bonus. After all, it’s less than 3 months to go. Remember that’s an extra for you to spend….

IF possible the better steps to take is to hold till u got ur bonus. It is onely 3 more months to go. It is quite fast. Rem no matter what just persevere or endure for a while more. Dun worry end of the yr normally got a lot of opening cos got a lot of ppl taking their bonus then leave their company also. No? Heee…

As someone who quit a while ago and is no longer getting a monthly salary, I’d say stay on and get the bonus first before you take your next step.

Money is always useful now that you have 2 kids…

God bless you with your BIG decision 😉

I say for the BIG bonus you will be getting, be patient. This is the best time to practice what you have been taught in the bible. You will be blessed, I know.
